Prior to my residential real estate career, I was a Senior Executive with a prominent Industrial Supply Company. As Purchasing Manager, I was responsible for inventory in ten locations generating thirty-eight million dollars in sales at an excellent return on investment. Negotiating with major suppliers and manufacturers was the major focus of my position. Prior to this seventeen year career, I was in the banking industry. My education and work experience afford my clients very strong expertise.

Prior to licensing in 1990 my husband and I built and sold in this area. I started my career with Royal LePage and became a Certified Relocation Expert in the Royal LePage “Smart Buy Program”.

I continue to upgrade my education and have served on several committees as an active member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

I continuously rank in the top ten percent in number of transactions and in the top five percent in dollar volume in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and have achieved the Re/Max Hall of Fame Award.

I have worked hard to achieve a good working relationship with local realtors and have an excellent multinational referral network. I pride myself on the professional respect I have earned in this industry.

My expertise includes listing and selling anything from mobile homes to million dollar properties.

I have lived in the area since 1978 and have been “Sold” on the lifestyle ever since.
